I'd like to know if there is any difference of the following sentences or rather which one is correct.

1.) The liability of limited partners is restricted to the amount of money they invest.
2.) The liability of limited partners is limited to the amount of money they invest.

3.) Jason Mariner not only makes capital but also run the company.
4.) Jason Mariner not only provide capital but also run the company.

5.) As an owner of a personal firm, Jason Mariner is personally liable.
6.) Jason Mariner as an owner of a personal firm is personally liable.
