Can 'my photo' refer to two different meanings?

If you say 'my photo', I think it can refer to 'a photo that was taken by me' or 'a photo that includes my face in it.', right? Is there any specific way of saying words to distinguish the two? Maybe 'a photo of mine' can refer to specifically the former or the latter? OR still can have two different meanings depending on situations?

Many words and phrases have multiple meanings out of context. Which one of those meanings is being invoked depends on the context.

That is why teachers and native speakers answering questions in this forum always want to see the context!

If you want to avoid all ambiguity, say "This is a photo of me" or "This is a photo I took".

My photo could mean:
A photo taken by you.
A photo with you in it.
A photo that you have or own.

To distinguish the exact meaning you have to add more -

This is a photo that I took last week.
This is a photo of me.
This is a photo that I bought last week.
