We call paper money banknotes.
1. How about the money in coin?
Coins.
A coin has two sides.
What are the names for both sides respectively?
"Heads" and "tails," in common use. "Obverse" and "reverse" are the technical terms in numismatics.
Do we say head for the side having a photo of a head?
"Heads." It's an image, not a photo.
