Thumbs up subject and verb agreement

hello,
i was given these sentences to do.

1. I (am,is) here.
I am here
2. I (love,loves) ice cream.
I love ice cream.
3. You (know, knows) you are right.
You know you are right.
4. You (were,was)at the party.
You were at the party.
5. I (believes,believe) in god.
I believe in god.
6. You never (say,says)you love me.
You never say you love me.
7. I (jump,jumps) over the fence.
I jump over the fence.
8. I (plan,plans) to go.
I plan to go.
9. She (was, were) with you.
She was with you.
10. I (know,knows) you can do it.
I know you can do it.
11. The man and his dog (was,were)seen in the dark.
The man and his dog were seen in the dark.
12. The man along with his dog (was,were) seen in the dark.
The man along with his dog were seen in the dark.
13. Elizabethan serenade played by Mantovani's orchestra in the background (provide,provides) sweet music.
Elizabethan serenade played by Mantovani's orchestra in the background provide sweet music.
14. The offender as well as the offended (suffer,suffers) the consequences of crime.
The offender as well as the offended suffer the consequences of crime.
15. The offender and the offended (suffer,suffers) the consequences of crime.
The offender and the offended suffer the consequences of crime.
