Hello everyone
Could you please tell me whether book titles need to be italic in sentences or not? There are four sentences below. Are they all acceptable? Thank you for your help.
A) Harry Potter is my favorite book.
B) Harry Potter is my favorite book.
C) "Harry Potter" is my favorite book.
D) Harry Potter is my favorite book.
If you're writing them, book titles should be put in inverted commas.
If you're typing them, and have the facility to put them in italics - as we do - then do so.

Hello.
Thank you for a nice question.
Rover_KE, so option C is correct, isn't it? And the italic font can be leave out.
Thanks,
Alex
He is saying if you can use italics, then use italics. If you are writing by hand, or are using unformatted text (like simple email), then use quotation marks (" ").
