Setting aside the typos, both are acceptable to me - I think #1 could be improved by saying "... no success without effort"
Even so, I prefer #2

Please check out the following sentences. Which is better?
(1) I firmly believe that there will be no success without efforts.
(2) I firmly believe that if you dont' work hard, you will not be sccessful.

No. 1 would be better as:
I firmly believe that there will be no success without effort.
and a misplaced apostrophe in don't>>>>
I firmly believe that if you don't work hard, you will not be successful.
