Default Phrases for meetings

Here's another phrasing S.O.S. from Denmark.

Can anybody check out this phrasing for me? It's to do with company, tenant etc. meetings and the info on the notices sent out to those invited to attend.

(Re: non-scheduled coffee/cigarette breaks):
Breaks will be taken when needed.

(Re: complimentary snacks, coffee)
We will of course be offering some goodies to nibble on at the meeting.

I'm pretty new at this site - I'm hoping it's okay to keep bombarding you with these yawners. I certainly appreciate all the feedback I've been getting.

Thanks,
Bill
