Default idiomatic expression

Can i ask if what are the meaning of this idiomatic expression listed below:
bag-baggage, bread-butter, dried and fish, fire and sord, through fire and water, flesh and blood, mother and child.......plz! and thiers a lot more...plz help me and if u dont mind....
