Hi
A little girls speaks of her grandma and says:
My grandma Won the Women’s Institute prize,’ said Ethel. ‘Not just Walwyk, the whole county. Anything Gran put in for, she win every time.
Does it mean that whatever competitions her gran takes part in she always win?

Your interpretation is correct.
The interpretation is correct, but be careful with win/wins/won. I don't know if your actual quote was copied incorrectly or if there was an error in the text, but it should read "Anything Gran put in for, she won every time" if the sentence is all referring to the past. If referring to the present, it should read "Anything Gran puts in for, she wins every time".
Your interpretation should read "Does it mean that whatever competitions her Gran takes part in, she always wins."
