Default Misheard words

Hi
Every now and then I run into the words that sound a little peculiar and I don't seem to be able to find them up in dictionary (very frustrating)
I'm sure you know what I'm looking for.

1) We have to have an answer which doesn't just seek to justify the gangst; the other achievements of programme but which says ;look , here are systematic management failures which have been revealed by this.

2) On the golden beaches of Gaza radicals have set up camp in a curious settlement onclaid by the sea.

3) ...having said that... (can you give me some examples of the right use of this structure, it is often heard in radio)

2) On the golden beaches of Gaza, radicals have set up camp in a curious settlement enclave by the sea.

3)Having said that(the above), I rest my case.
