For future prediction and planning with "want" can we use will/be going
to with "want"?
Please use an example.

It might be best if you provided an example to indicate what you mean.
I can't think of how to use "want" for future prediction.

Informally, 'want' can sometimes have a meaning similar to that of 'need'.
If you are going to hike that far, you'll want to take at least five litres of water.

I will want to meet with her new employee tomorrow..
I'm going to want to hire her next week.

That's possible, with the idea of 'need'.
I'm going to want to hire her next week.
Unlikely. The speaker would be more likely to say either:
I am going to hire her next week. ......oror::
I want to hire her next week.
