    Default fix her for good.?

    A guy was killed in an accident, but he was released from prison, and trying to do a bad thing to his ex-wife.
    Is it "punish her permanently"?

    It generally means to kill...another way it is commonly used would be

    I'll shut him up for good (for good in this case means forever, permanently)

    Not a teacher.
