After more than three years as a Project Manager in XXX and in XXX along with an academic background in Management and Economics, I am now even more committed to pursue a career in governmental institutions or NGOs, thus allowing my blooming on the personal level as well as professional. I expect that the Ms in XXX will contribute enormously to achieve this goal.

Working for the humanitarian sector is my objective since I have begun the university. My coursework gave me the basic background, thanks to courses focused on ethics, governmental institution and sustainable development and, through my Bachelor degree; I have learned the fundamental in Economic. After my graduation I received a job proposal from a famous Telecom company as a Project Manger. I decided to take this work in order to develop my capacities of autonomy, adaptation, sense of listening and analysis. Furthermore working for a private company has developed my abilities to work under pressure and my management skills.
After one year and half, the envy to work for the humanitarian sector was still here. However I find a position again in the same sector but in the Middle East. This experience enhances my responsibility; I am now accustomed to coordinate multicultural teams, to present report to the top management.
But it also shows me that my professional goal was too vague

This lack is the reasons of my application to your Master. Why master in Gender? Because now I know that I want to work for project with which treats the issue of the gender equality. Indeed thanks to the persons that I met , I have realized that the development goes through the gender equality. This issue is still an issue in these countries and the situation, in some case becoming worst.

Opened to others, speaking three foreign languages French, English and Spanish with my academic background and relevant experience, I am confident that I am qualified and able to perform well in this program.
