    Question “difference”

    HI;
    Would you please tell me the difference(s) between these tow words?
    (I mean are they the same in meaning and usage)

    (1)homicide
    (2)manslaughter

    Manslaughter is when you kill someone unintentionally, and homicide is when the killing was pre-meditated.

    That means, manslaughter is killing by accident, and homicide is killing on purpose.
