Default Do they have the same meaning?

Do they have the same meaning? And, can I use in the same context?

    1) What about having a bath together?
    2) How about having a bath together?
    3) What do you think about having a bath together?
    4) How do you like having a bath together?

    1) What do you think about that movie?
    2) How do you like that movie?
    3) What about that movie?
    4) How about that movie?

#1 -3 could have the same meaning - a suggestion.
#3 could also be asking for the other person's opinion of this activity in general.
#4 is more likely to be said during or after the bath, asking how the other person felt about the experience.

Note that What about having a bath together? would have been a much more engaging title for your thread.

Though I might have thought it was an invitation, and then been sadly disappointed.
