Please help me with this sentence.

"There are three reasons why Miss Othman likes the Simpang Bedok Hawker Centre: first, she likes the great service she receives; second, she likes that patrons are greeted with a smile and third, the waiters give her a menu."

What help are you looking for? The sentence is correct, though I would put a semi-colon after 'smile' to keep the list items separate.
