I am merely curious whether the fellowing three sentences all correct, in proper circumstances.

The sentences are quite similar, with differences in bold.

#1 Since Angelina Jolie gave birth to twins in July, the world has seen little of the Hollywood star.

#2 Since Angelina Jolie gave birth to twins, the world has seen little of the Hollywood star.

#3 Since Angelina Jolie has given birth to twins, the world has seen little of the Hollywood star.

#2 Since Angelina Jolie gave birth to twins, the world has seen little of the Hollywood star.
#3 Since Angelina Jolie has given birth to twins, the world has seen little of the Hollywood star.

All are possible, though #2 is probably more likely than #3.
