I think the sentences number 2 and 3 are correct. Am I wrong?

2 is not correct. You would say "pick me up," unless you were saying "pick up me and my basset hound from the vet." Even then, grammatically it should be "pick up my basset hound and me."

Joe, it's a weird little thing:

These are all okay:
Pick up Jim. Look up the word.
Pick Jim up. Look the word up.
Pick him up. Look it up.

This form is not.
Pick up him. Look up it.
