Hey guys.
Which one sentence is correct whether either?

By the way I want to apologize "birdeen's" for called as a boy "Sir"


(FIRST) - I am eloquent man.
-=whether=-
(SECOND) - I eloquent man.

I think that second sentence is correct but in essence both they are correct.

IF I MADE ANY MISTAKES PLEASE CORRECT ME.

Neither is correct. Only 'I am an eloquent man' would be correct.

Two more bits of advice for you, Paulys:

1. Start a new thread when you ask a different question.

2. Give your thread a title which relates to your question - such as Eloquent man.
