Hi there!
Is there any difference between those two verbs (to transact; to implement)?
Thanks a lot in advance!

There's no need for embarrassment, virus.
Just look up the dictionary definitions and ask again if there's anything you still don't understand.
You can also enter the words separately in the search box of http://fraze.it/ to see plenty of examples of their use in context.

Thanks, would you use transact outside of business language?
I'd probably not use the verb transact at all.
The noun transaction is far more common, and I'd only use this in business contexts.
