'You may go now' - I see nothing wrong with this, it is definitely polite.

'Off you go' - Less formal but still correct.

Possibly a bit too polite when speaking to a five-yr-old. Miss Everett would have said it at St Scholastica's Kindergarten when I was five, but she was real scary.
