Hello, Thomas:
(1) I am certainly not a good writer, but I most respectfully and gently
suggest that most ordinary people like me would not understand
what you are trying to say.
(2) I have read it several times. Do you want to express the following:
The ATS conference is scheduled for December 10 - 15, 2011.
We would be very happy to book your company for any of those
dates and to assist you in case the conference is postponed or
canceled.
Sincerely,
James
