Could you please tell me if following sentences have same meaning? Also, are they gramatically correct?
1) This work has to be taken care by today anyhow
2)This work is supposed to be taken care by today anyhow.
3)This work should be taken care by today anyhow.
Note: Here I am using taken care as an alternative of finished.

None of them are acceptable.

1) This work has to be taken care of today. anyhow

This work should have been taken care of by today.

I can't see how 'anyhow' adds anything, though it may be added in conversation, most likely at the beginning of the sentence.
"Anyhow," he said "this work was supposed to have been taken care of by today, and it hasn't been. You're fired!"

Firstly thanks for the reply but still I am confused that how can i say the following sentence in future. For example I am meeting somebody at morning and I need him to finish the work by today, so, can I say:This work should have been taken care of by today.

Why don't you just say:
"Please finish this work by today." or "You must finish this work by today!"

Here's some more:
"You must take care of this today."
"This needs to be taken care of today."
"This must be taken care of today."
