    Default Is my sentence correct?

It is a pleasure to work with people who have the same interests and beliefs as you have, so during a break you can talk to them openly about different things.

Can I omit ''as you have'' in my sentence?

Thank you for taking the time answering my question.

It's not necessary grammatically, but depending on context it might be needed.r

How about this, if I say ''It is a pleasure to work with people with whom you have the same interests and beliefs, so during a break you can talk to them openly about different things.

That way I can get rid of ''as you have''.

    Thank you for your response.

I would say "...with people with whom you share interests and beliefs." It's less wordy and means the same thing.
