Could you please tell me if it is possible to say 'rise a salary'?
Does this sentence sound OK:
My boss rose my salary up to £2000 a year.

Thanks

A salary can rise but a boss can't 'rise' a salary, Katiiiia.

My boss raised my salary to £2000 a year.

My salary rose to $2000 a year.

I got a raise to $2000 a year.
