Default expressions about fridge

'A canned beer is inside the pocket of the fridge. A strawberry cake on the { top shelf | first shelf } of it. A chocolate is on the { ground? | lowest shelf }of it.'

I'm not sure whether this sentence is correct or not.
Is 'top shelf' is OK? What about 'ground?' and 'lowest shelf'?
Please let me know if there is anything wrong. Thanks in advance.

I don't know if there are any fixed rules about shelves in the fridge. I would say: the bottom or the lowest (instead of ground) / top / middle shelf

What seems kind of strange is the absence of 'there'. In English we normally express the existence of things first with 'there'.

There's a can of beer in the door shelves. There's a strawberry cake on the top shelf. There's a chocolate on the bottom shelf.
