I want to learn usage of "Have Been, Has Been' with second form.

what is the difference between these sentances:

1) The material delivered at site.

2) The material have been delivered at site.

I don't know what 'second form' means, Mohsin. "has been" is used when the subject is 'he/she/it'. "the material = it".

They're both wrong. Both sentences need to be put in the passive. Note the changes I've made.

1) The material WAS delivered [at] TO THE site.

2) The material HAS [have] been delivered [at] TO THE site.
