hi dear masters
i need a good dictionary that mentions the differences between similiar words . the ones that have nearly the same meaning but their usages differ acording to situation .

I can't think of a whole dictionary that does that- there are lists of easily confused words, like http://www.wsu.edu:8080/~brians/errors/errors.html

Have you tried Onelook.com's reverse dictionary- it groups similar words, so it's the nearest I can think of : http://www.onelook.com/reverse-dictionary.shtml
"OneLook's reverse dictionary lets you describe a concept and get back a list of words and phrases related to that concept."

PS- it might be a good idea to put a title to your thread that gives an indication of the content- we get so many thread with 'help' and similar titles.
