"7 seats car" is wrong in standard English.
"7 seater car" is also not common, but "The car is a 7 seater" is OK. (That is, '7-seater' as a noun.)
(You'll see all sorts of nonsense surfing the internet. Don't believe it all.)

With the right words before and after those phrases, you could get all of them to work.
