| Dear Sir, I have served the company since June 2000 in my full capacity without any hesitations or whatsoever, taking all responsibilities of being an officer. Moreover, I have to work both civil and electrical design work. Please be informed that my contract had already expired and I would like to request to your good office to settle /have my family status with yearly ticket to accommodate my personal needs and for my family. I am sure to get a sympathetic response from your side regarding this matter. With earnest hope, I crave your special sympathy in my case. Thank you so much and more power to the company. Yours respectfully, Xyz. I am confused with the underlined word. Could you pls tell me the most appropriate word? Thank you |

| Dear Sir, I have worked for this company since June 2000, assuming all the responsibilites of an officer (in a compeny? do you mean manager?) and have worked to my full capacity at all times, carrying out both civil and electrical design work. I am writing to request the settlement of my family status with a yearly ticket (for what?) to accommodate my personal needs and those of my family, my contract having expired. I would be very grateful indeed if you would look favourably upon my request. Thanking you in advance, I look forward to hearing from you. Akbar, I have tidied it up a bit, though I'm not the greatest letter writer. |
