Default Explaining pharse words

Dear Sirs,

Please help me to explain some pharse words as followings:

1) "Money talk"
2) "Money doesn't grow on trees"
3) "Time is money"

How to call the above? Are they idiom?

I m appreaciated if you can correct my writting as well.
