    Please correct where correction is necessary.

    Some charged youths pelted moving with stones toward our Manager who was on his way home they stopped and got out him of the car. They hit violently the car with stones and broken windshield, back glass, side view mirror indicator light and etc

    I'm not sure what you are trying to say by 'charged youths' - could you explain what you mean? The first sentence is very confused so I would suggest something like this instead:

    When our manager was driving home he was stopped by some youths who forced him out of his car.

    For the second sentence:

    They violently threw stones at the car; breaking the windshield, back glass, side view mirror, indicator light etc.
