    Cool 3-colour cards

    Hello!

I would like to ask my friend to bring back my cards. Some of these cards are blue, others are green and others are yellow.

Can I say: please bring me back my 3-colour cards.?

    Thank you
    Will

    not a teacher

What kind of cards? Are you speaking of playing cards?
In Poker there are 2-color-decks and 4-color-decks

    How about the following?
"Please bring me back my cards. All three colours."

No, in fact you would not say that. "Multi-coloured" means that one thing is of many different colours. If all the cards were not individually one single colour, but all of them were red and blue and green and yellow and orange etc etc, then they would be mulit-coloured cards.

Huda-M = on your previous posts I have noticed that you have remembered to put "I am not a teacher" but on this one you failed to do so. Some people might also miss your profile information which shows you as a learner of English (not a native or native-level speaker).

It would be good if, in future, when you reply you could add something like "Not a teacher - I am an English learner too". Thanks.
