Which one does sound better?

The university plans to terminate the bus which goes from campus to the dormitory and vice versa / back .

"and back." "Vice versa" is used more for ideas, not for physical movement.

How about "The university plans to terminate the shuttle bus which goes between the campus and the dormitory."

That it is a "shuttle" already implies the back and forth.

I would prefer, " "The university plans to terminate the shuttle bus service ...". It's quite difficult to terminate a bus.
