    Why should we do exercise?
    OR
    Why should we exercise?

    -Are both these sentences correct?

    Thankyou for the reply. However,there is still a lingering doubt In the case of " Let's do some more exercises"- do exercise is correct.

    But how about this-" We need to do exercise to keep us healthy." Isn't "we need to exercise to keep us healthy", more appropriate?

    They're both right. Exercising = Doing exercise. But I agree that your last example sounds better.
