Default would have and will have ???

I saw this ad today and I have some questions about the use of "would have" and "will have". In this instance, the writer is using "would have at least........would be an asset". Can I use "will have at least 5 years"....and "will be an asset" instead. I am still trying to understand when do I use "would" and when to use "will". Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

This role is best suited to a candidate with managerial experience as this is a busy company and therefore the ideal candidate would have at least 5 years of experience and experience gained in a banking institution would be an asset too.

In this context I see no difference between the two versions.
