I am learning about present perfect simple and am wondering that does this tense has same meaning as past perfect simple does? ,But the different is that it occur in the past.
example; I have just drunk milk.
I had just drunk milk when John came yesterday.
Question; 1. Do I use correct tenses in the example?
2. Do we have to put some tense(s) after past perfect tense?
Your examples are correct but your questions are wrong. They should have been "Did I use correct tenses...." and "Do we have to put certain tense(s) after past perfect tense?"
Ask more questions if you need more clarification.

Thank you.
Do we have to put certain tense(s) after past perfect tense?
Please give me some examples.
Yes and no.
Yes, you have to put the correct tense that expresses your meaning.
No, there is not a specific tense that always comes after the past perfect tense.
This is the same answer for any sequence of tenses. If you have expressed your meaning correctly, then the tenses you've used are correct.
