Does this Paragraph require any correction,

Hope always lies at difficult and hard times but once that period is over, it proves itself triumphant with all it's genuiness and trueness.It doesn't Oust the possibility of that difficult period to Occur once again but it makes us so strong that nothing could stand between us and Cheerfulness.

Hope always lies arrives/comes/occurs/ at difficult and hard times
"Lie" is something that happens in a place, not in time.
What's the difference between difficult and hard in this context? They seem to mean the same.
but once that period is over, it proves itself triumphant with all it's its genuiness and trueness [genuineness and truth]. It doesn't oust the possibility of that difficult period to occur occurring once again
or "the possibility that that difficult period will occur again ..."
but it makes us so strong that nothing could can stand between us and cheerfulness.

Why are you sprinkling your sentences with capital letters?

Can we use instead, "Hope always lies in distress".

I would not use "lies" by itself. It seems a poor word - depicting hope just lying there. Do you mean that hope lies dormant in difficult times, or that hope becomes active in difficult times and that's what gets us through them?

Here's two opposite views. Which one do you mean?
1. "In difficult times, hope lies dormant, only waking in our hearts when our circumstances improve."
2. "Even in difficult times, hope arises to rekindle our optimism, leading us to happier times."

In 1, Better times -> hope
In 2, Hope -> better times.
(Of course, it's probably a mixture of both).
