Correct? Well, yes and no. Hematology, Oncology etc. aren't diseases. The grammar is OK but in 1) you should replace the fields of study / medicine with diseases related to those fields.

Bill has already corrected your second sentence. You seem to have missed that.

By the way, kids tend to have different diseases and problems from adults. That is why there is a discipline of pediatrics. For one example, disorders of growth and development don't occur in adults (unless they are residual).
