    As per the delivery note provided, there are only 25 packages in the warehouse, but they invoiced for 50 sqm which is more than the actual area utilized for these packages.

    What about "According to the delivery note, there must be 25 packages in the warehouse, however, the invoice is for 50 sqm and that is more than the real amount of square meters delivered."?
