    Default all that ... has to say

    In preparing for a prayer seminar at Spring Harvest, I studied all that Luke's Gospel has to say about prayer in the life of Christ.
    What does 'has to" mean in the above sentence? Does it mean "must"

    No, it's not "has to" it's "has", "to say". In other words, all that is contained in Luke's gospel about prayer in the life of Christ.
