Cool How to express: One day and another night conference sequentially?

My clients are from US and the time zone makes us not so happy due to difficulty in having meeting. Their daytime is our nighttime.

    Expression of my Question:

If I can have one daytime telephone conference this week and one nighttime telephone conference next week, it should be better for me to less stay at office so late.
But how should I say it one day and another night sequentially?

    Please help!

    Many thanks,
    Kenneth

It's not clear to me whose daytime you mean.

You could ask them whether it's possible to have your weekly meetings alternating between their business hours one week and your business hours the next.
