Default Work with and work for

" we've been talking about law and international law. Now you worked in Argentina for an NGO, a non government organization, related to law. What kind of courts did you work for or work with?"

In the above sentence what is the difference between "work with" and "work for". Also under certain circumstances can we use "work in" too ?

    Yours Faithfully,

]If you worked for, i.e., were employed by, an NGO, you worked, i.e. collaborated/cooperated, with (local) courts. You worked in the field of law.
