    In / After a few year's time, the mountains will be covered with trees.

    Either "in" or "after" is correct in this case, right? Please.

    The first two sound natural to me; the third does not.

    I'm puzzled. Is year's in your first example a typo, or is that how it should be spelt? If it's correct, would you please explain why?

    It's a typo; it should be "years'". Sorry. I've changed it.
