Smile problem on my insurance and problem with my insurance

    hi,

    i have a question.

    There are two sentences here

    1) There is some problem on my insurance.

    2) There is some problem with my insurance.

Any difference in meaning between them? if not, which one is more frequently used?

    thanks

The phrase "be/have a problem with" is correct.
