    Default which of these sentences is correct?

    Dear Sir,

    Which of these sentences is correct?
    1) No other building in this area is comparable with "belle view towers".
    2) No other building in this area is comparable to "belle view towers".

    You'll probably see both. I prefer "compare to" and hence "comparable to".
    Note that names of buildings are usually capitalised. They don't go in quotes. They are like names in general.

    And note that Comparable to/with would have been a better title.

    If you had entered that title into the Search box at the top of the page you could have instantly found links to other answers on the topic.
