    Default register and incorporate

    Dear teachers,

Could you please explain the difference between "register a company" and " incorporate a company"?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Thank you in advance.

    Jiang

I'm honestly not sure, but it might be a BrE AE difference:

    Dear tdol,

If you are not sure it must be somewhat difficult.

    Best wishes,

    Jiang

Incorporate a company - the founding of a company, its legal make up, an artificial entity.

You register a company with the state i.e. but it does not necessarily have to be incorporated such as LLC.
