"Teacher's pet" may be what you are looking for. Or "tattletale." I'm not sure exactly what you mean.
A bad name means that if someone does something that another person, or a group of people, does not like, the person who does this thing is noted for doing that act. For example, if I call the police every time my neighbors have a party, I would get a bad name among my neighbors. If you tell your supervisor every thing that your fellow workers are saying about the company, you will get a bad name among you fellow workers - you will be called, and known as, a tattle-tale or a company pet.
