"I won't let this build up inside of me" The statement refers to increased emotion such as anger, anticipation, sadness etc. based upon whatever "this" happens to be.
and this word
"papercut" the name of a song from linkinpark. I'm not familiar with the song/group or how it is used in the song, but "a papercut" is a break/cut in the skin of a person caused by handling a piece of paper and in contact with its sharp edge.
