    No, it is not possible to convert that sentence to a passive.

    Active: Subject verbs object.
    Passive: Object is verbed by subject.

    If there is no object, there can be no passive construction.

    "I go to London", active. This is something I do habitually.
    "London is gone to by me", passive, same meaning. Nobody would say it, it's completely unnatural.
    It is pointless to try to put a sentence like that into passive.

    I (subject) go (intransitive verb) to (preposition) London (object of preposition).
